Whoever said Allstate = socialism is correct because of the corporate tax handouts it’s been taking for the last couple of years and buying back stock vs the trickle down to the employees not because of being diverse or inclusive.

This is all a slooowww lead up to more outsourcing to GenPact, Pune and other offshore areas. Give it year. Watch. That is real inclusive diversity and globalism. What jobs are coming from all this growth ? They didn’t define that. Hmmmm. Growth overseas I bet !

Equity is evil. Equality should be the actual goal. This is not semantics.
Alicia Keys is the new spokesperson, which is ridiculous, because I dont recognize her speaking voice at all. They also talke dabout Inclusion and diversity (of course..cause thats what woke companies do) and talked about hiring more women and minorities. Inclusion only works if you are not a white male. This company is a joke to work for.

Ask the IDE lady if she can even define equity if it wasn't written for her. Non minority or male employees need not apply for senior leader roles. Focus should be on equality that is about opportunity instead of purposely sliding the scales to ensure everybody wins regardless of effort, education, results, and so on.
Esurance all took assessments last year and had RIF as part of Transformitive Growth

When the big dog comes out, it’s always bad news. I bet he’s going to let us know we are in for the second round of “assessments”. This time, Nat Gen and Esurance will be included with Allstate for more testing to see who is a good fit for transformative growth….then round 2 of layoffs will follow. —-this will be after he says how great the plan is working.
More lay offs? Pay freezes? etc. I am so burned out I don't even care anymore I am just here for a pay check.
