Hello all. I am thinking about joining the company - what is it like there for a remote culture? I want to WFH. I am in the risk business line.

WFH? In this firm ?? Bwahaha!!! The only thing you will get is WTF in this firm. you WILL act as a guinea pig to test if you will catch Delta COVID in office, if you do, they may switch back to full WFH but you already caught COVID in the process, but they think it’s your honor to sacrifice for the firm
It is not a WFI culture. It is a squeeze as many in a 4x5 as possible for lazy and distrustful managers.
And folks at Wells Fargo are complaining. Hmph.
WFH is not being embraced at Chase. You will be expected to be in the office most days.
They seem pretty snooty. I have a strong, financial background, yet they reject every application that I submit. Snobs.
