Unfortunately employee productivity is being blamed for the financial struggles, i.e., not successfully executing the plan, rather than dealing with that the plan hasn't been that great. Otherwise we'd see more managers laid off too (not just old guys retiring). Some hard life lessons to learn. Hopefully, whether you are in or out, this mess will motivate us to try and influence change and not just fester bitterness.

The only thing influencing change will do is get your laid off . Your Supervisor will see you as a threat.
We will never see more Managers and Supervisors laid off.
Whatever you say sunshine. The change in fostering is walking my behind right out the door and into a better job that pays better and actually has a future I can plan a career around. Cop ain’t that.
