Thread regarding CenturyLink layoffs

Required 6-10s but laying off 12

In south Florida local 199, Lumen is requiring service technicians 6-10s but informing us their going to reduce head count by 12 by end of July. Does this make any common sense at all? Who is running this outfit anymore!

It’s actually 5 10s and 1 8, don’t work 10 hours on your day off unless you want to.
CenturyLink is getting worse and worse every week. Salute to everyone still putting up with their sh-t.

Don’t worry for all of your hard work you’re going to get 12 lemon coins to use at the lumen arcade!!

The customer experience is the number one goal we have at Lemon. Says Story! He’s so full of $hit it amazes me. The market calls BS! Nice try!

Makes perfect sense. Cheaper to pay overtime then salary of 12 techs plus insurance and benefits. Reduce head count and potential future money and sell off 12 trucks.
