Are they offering buyouts to salary in manufacturing plants or is it just specific areas so far?

Which skill teams are participating in the VSSP? Will other teams be added?
The VSSP will only be offered to eligible U.S. salaried employees in Product Development, EPLM, R&A, Purchasing Core STA, IT and Ford Credit.
