Entirely salary? Really? Now just where did you get that information? Most RR departments are in fact getting away from salary. Try warning us of something that is based on fact, instead of an opinion.
All class 1s will be entirely salary before to much longer,then the fun really starts like cutting vacation,overtime,longer hours you name it.You have been warned.
Well I denied on my post employment so they rescinded my application
The new job I got sucks. But I still wouldn’t go back to NS. Have fun.

Yes, most definitely at my location, ever since NS adopted PSR, it’s become a high turnover job, was never like this before.
