When will next round of layoffs being announced? End of month? Who will be impacted?

I hear there are 3 rounds this year (rumor) and since the 1st round was in June, I assume the 2nd one would be in August. Hope someone on here can confirm.
Ps. and the 3rd round is always the annual one at Thanksgiving.
Sounds more like the ubiquitous HR lady fishing again.
Hopefully lots, you journalists are awful and should be ashamed destroying a career once respected.
