Yep. T-Mob will always be the 4th and last carrier. Burning bridges with both employees and any company that collaborates with them.
Who cares indeed. It was part of the deal, the deal doesn't go through here's the cost. Charlie has been sitting on his spectrum and also used his deal to keep it past its forfeiture date with the FCC. If Charlie isnt an MVNO eating capacity, then it can be sold at retail, not wholesale.
