How do you feel about all surveys we have to populate.

I got a horrible raise last year because some a-s in New Jersey wrote a negative claim comment on Facebook which lowered my NPS because I only had like 5 surveys because I changed jobs.
Total BS!!
These data hungry micro managers can take their surveys and shove em where the sun don’t shine. Nothing and I mean nothing ever comes of them that improves any personality of the whack hack job leadership team. I boycott surveys. The only survey I want to see is do you want a &5000 gift card or $5000 cash. They blow.
