Follett outsourced IT to the lowest cost provider. There is no Follett IT. All IT is based in India and makes 8.00 and hour. Those are the facts. What do you expect.
Once again, no contingency plan in place, no communication chain. Unless you like dozens of posts on FC and the chaos that ensues, with not a syllable from the overpaid higher-ups.
