It is mentioned by many that Macy's is reinventing itself as an online company. However, I’m not sure if it might be too late for that? I hope not, but I'm afraid it is. My opinion is that this company should have taken some steps in that direction much earlier. Here they simply never know how to recognize the right moment, the right opportunity, the right employees who deserve to be valued...

It is too late in the game... When Macy's was buying up all the existing brick and mortar stores it should have been easing up on that and ramping up for online sales.
bahahaha Yes its way too late to the game.. for the poster below macys does nothing but terrorize all employees. your a criminal from day one.. security tries to bait you. fake customer complains, macys railroads anyone who cost money.. so why do a great job to get paid the big bucks only to be railroaded out of the company...
It is not too late for Macys to be an online powerhouse. They blew it years ago by not recognizing and maximizing this potential- management just enamored with their current success and power.
Amazon is still a messing, disorganized, disingenuous place to buy RTW. Macys has enormous opportunity but the management needs to be replaced- employees must be supported, rewarded and encouraged and not terrorized to do a great job.
