I heard from a VERY good source there is going to be a “house cleaning” of RVP’S and their “pet” SM’s within the next two to three months as some RVP’S are extremely out of touch with what is actually going on in stores on a day to day basis.

If Belk closes stores, aren't they subject to THE WARN ACT, where they have to inform employees of store closure?
All the managers who have "retired" since Syco took over are now working at other jobs. So how do you explain that?
To the first reply...obviously someone trolling. Trying to get associates triggered or distracted.
I will say and have said here in the past, the RVP's and then the old Division execs had nothing more than themselves as priorities. Always, always and forever a CYA modus operandi for them. There was n need for them then and certainly not now.
But yes, we've seen this very same post before as well as massive layoffs coming: next week, next month, next season.
Someone posts this every month or so. How is this time different?
