There are a lot of people waiting to be fired or laid off but I don't understand that logic. OK, some want to collect uneployment, but I’m not quite sure how much it is worth it.
A friend of mine waited to be cut, later got used to not working, and now that he had to start looking for a new job, it was much harder for him than looking for a job when he already had a job.

The Seattle folks with Tech Jobs don't have an issue finding work. Amazon, Facebook, Google, among others have scores of openings.
