That’s how someone here once described a situation where an employee who worked hard for several people left Anthem. A real tectonic disturbance was felt when a colleague left. I don't understand how Anthem can allow itself such shocks for the system.
Do they even try to stop someone from leaving?

Employees are seen as an expense not an asset. Management are seen as an asset not an expense. Backwards thinking.
