They sure buried that Your Voice survey and went straight to the paid-for Great Place to Work survey. Wonder what the results were….

Results are atrocious company wide on the ready to rock it surveys...great place to work is propaganda
Just another example of the lack of trust of senior leadership. They want to micromanage everything, taking credit when things are good, but firing/reprimanding line managers when things aren't good. It's a toxic culture right now.
