It does no good to have a good SLP3 score, QUEST recording, etc. You will not get a raise anyway.
Maybe Union representation would help expedite a pay raise…

To get bonus, hikes and progression you need to be part of big blue family. Literally you need be related by blood to someone at work. You can't just expect meritocracy- where do you think you work?
Same BS we here from the cheerleader's on a yearly basis. Do all your quest reports, projects, and work really hard to get a good SLP3 score so that when the merit increase is handed out, you will benefit......the merit increase has been absent for at least 4 years??
