I’ve been here little longer than two years and no raise, and I think that's a maximum one should wait for a raise. I did a huge amount of work, often worked enough for several people and I think I deserved a raise. I don’t know if it makes sense to stay here for a while longer and just work the bare minimum?
If raise was the only problem I might even reconsider, but this way I think it's better to go ASAP.

I would encourage you to use the downtime to prepare for your next job - study, complete certifications, update resume, and so forth.
2ghq+1bQUlH9s Most likely he is saying that he worked a total sum of 15 years at CSC and DXC. So, 11 years for CSC, and then 4 years at DXC.
been with CSC and then DXC (15 years) , DXC only existed since 2017 so saying DXC for 15 years is just stupidest thing I ever heard

Do you want an ongoing career? If so, get out, and get out now. If you just want an easy life until you get WFR'd, then stay. Note: WFR will not give you much cash on two years service. It's also much easier to negotiate salary for your next role if you're still employed. When you're unemployed you have a much weaker negotiating position.
I bailed after 25 months with DXC. Worst employer I've ever had, and I've had a couple of bad ones. IMHO, simply not worth the stress of WFR / lack of raises / lying management / awful culture, simply for a job that's easy and undemanding.
Do you have any certifications or qualifications you could work through for the next few months?
been with CSC and then DXC (15 years) had paltry or little wage increases but got shafted more by my manager who piled on work and decided in end to do bare minimum whilst waiting for WFR - which thank god happened. Simply do little as possible, collect pay cheques and look around (outside DXC) for another role; most employers out of DXC seem to be better and invest in their staff
