Are pretending to work and taking someone else’s credit the greatest skills people have been getting lately at Allstate? This company is essentially corrupting people. I know a lot of young people who came here and during the time they were here they mainly adopted those two skills.

Despite the RIF lots of old school “leaders” are still ripping off subordinates ideas and polishing each other off.
Pretending to work and taking credit from others appears to be the path to get into leadership. Shameful.
“Not my job” “Please check the knowledge library” “Not sure who can help you” “We don’t owe that” are the phrases that will get you on top at Allstate. Use each of them daily, and watch your career accelerate.
Complaining about everything is definitely a common feature of allstate staff
