It's been a while since the last major round. All I've been hearing about lately are occasional cuts here and there (not even layoffs) which makes me hopeful that we might be getting some semblance of job security back. Am I being too optimistic about this? I don't think so, but I don't want to get burnt if I let my guard down too soon.

Whomever wrote the last comment is part of the problem…. Just because your a harda$$ doesn’t make you a good leader….
I hope that anyone who lets their guard down is let go, no matter what oil prices are.
