What does "be more agile" even mean???

I have been wondering the same thing! That and being more "nimble"...?
It means get a job with transferrable skills, i.e. not geoscience related.
it means quit posting here and jump through your ar-e faster.
Can we get managers who focus on work instead on trying to sound smart (and failing miserably?)
