Like someone who has already said that, I think that DXC is stuck and that there is no transformation of the company that would bring some positive changes. I just hope it doesn’t happen to be sell off some more of the business to keep the appearance of transformation ? I hope not, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Only change is to the logo itself - little improvement at DXC; thought things would get better under Mikey Mk 2 - seems to be same bluff.
Every couple years csc/DXC goes through a transformation. They pay big bucks for a new logo (anyone remember tue at csc we cut corners logo?), managers shuffle work around making it look like they are doing something because that have nothing to do, and then they talk big in the town halls they push for you to attend so they can add that to their employee participation metric, then nothing really changes but wfr and sell offs. Rinse repeat until nothing left is where its headed.
Similar to Germany.
In the UK, there has been next to no effort to transform DXC. There has been a bit of window dressing and lots of positive corporate speak, but no tangible actions.
Mikey Mk2 & Steve Turpin don't care about the customers or colleagues, they just want to keep the shareholders happy with new logos and keep collecting their bonuses.
