So is this Team Member Development Survey now mandatory? We received another email yesterday to please complete and another today from a different source. What if you don’t want to advance here? Seems fishy to me! Trying to see who wants to stay in the Follett talent pool after the sharks take a bite out of a few of us? It’s just odd.

I don't know if its mandatory but they probably haven't got the results they wanted since they extended the deadline. It does seem like they have ulterior motives because some people have already heard back even though they weren't supposed to until next week, and then some people haven't and probably never will. To me it seems like a way to get managers out of stores so that they can change the roles or titles of store managers or whatever JH said they were going to do (but in true Follett fashion was very vague about the details).
