I was horrified by someone’s post that he was harassed even after he left Cenovus. Is it possible that this is happening? Really awful. I wonder how many more such stories are there?
I intend to get out of here as soon as possible, and I hope that my connection with CVE will be over forever.

I refuse to answer any questions posed to me after I left. I don’t work there anymore, and I just laugh and say no chance, you want information, it is going to cost you. Hung up and don’t answer when I see them call. They will be bankrupt in a few years anyways.
I've seen it happen to someone while I was there. It was terrible to see. Today im ashamed I didn't say anything then. I left that place shortly after seeing that happen. I moved on but can't forget that.
I’ve heard of CVE project managers calling laid-off technical staff to try to get technical guidance out of them still.
Former co-worker called after months only to tell me how everything bad was being pinned on me by new leadership. Told me new leader was going to call me and ask me questions about a past project and it "wasn't going to be good."
I laughed at this cowardly fool and hung up. If he does call I promise to post all the details here.

News flash. The CLT doesn’t care about you because they have already secured/made their $$$. They are here for the short term - I predict Q2 22 - Those that actually are thinking there is a career in this company has a rude awakening coming…..

They mentioned they would like to do an exit interview. Never happen.
Relax, they don’t care to harass you. The company is run by fear. Intimidate people by job insecurity, fear whether they will have a job tomorrow to keep threatening you. But once you are gone, no leverage on you anymore.
