Nothing will change in the culture of this company until those at the top change. Agree?
Culture starts at the top. This is the only explanation why a manipulator, slacker and backstabber always do better here than a hard worker who does his job honestly.

Well said, and spot on. Allstate’s culture actively promotes those who harm others.
Don't forget "the favorites". They get anything they want at the expense of others.
