Reading through the various posts and comments on here lately and I can't help feel that DXC employees are at their lowest point with regards motivation and interest for this company. Constant cost cutting with no sign of pay or reward is leaving people at a very low ebb. Where to next for this soulless company not sure we can trawl any lower?

I know if I don't get a pay increase of 5% or more, my work output will be the lowest in by 30+ year in IT (or none ) . I normally work my a$$ off to help my colleagues and then the customer, but NO MORE.
Not afraid of WFR anymore , but at my age jobs are hard to find where you aren't on call or have to work weekends. I did my share and more when I was young and stupid. Work life balance is more important to me now,
It’s a great case study isn’t it? How far can authority push the human spirit? DXC staff often demonstrate great stoicism, reminiscent of Cool Hand Luke or the Shawshank Redemption.
Only in DXC there’s a he-l of a lot more sh1t and no ****ing redemption.

Based on how things were going when I resigned, it seems that DXC aims to be one of those companies with North American HQ presence, and value-add employees located elsewhere. Probably not much future for employees based in North America.
