20-40% manager effectiveness! How can any action planning improve this? slb hr is math illiterate. So they need to hire engineers to explain these percentages to them.
People week..what a joke... so many meetings at the same time .. and can not refused any of them..otherwise I will be blame for not attending ...
For a checkbox based company. It was a check In a box.
Is the market research survey finished for FMPC regarding payroll. The company management just speaks like a broken record.
Discussions taking place now for 10%+ wage increase for FMPC due to so many people leaving. Expect this in Q3.

It just made the woke employees realize that SLB does not care about the employee, it was just a stunt to make the quiet, scared, not so bright employees feel good. How about showing the people that actually work some appreciation by putting money in their pockets? How about having am HSE team that actually cares about the Health, Safety and Environment of the employees, not some foreign guy who has blood on his hands from the fatality in Sugar Land….
this must be a joke, knowing for sure it was as much use as E2E.
Along with yammer, that 90% of employees have zero interest in.
You think other locations did something? All Yammer posts are only for show off to upper management. People on ground are surprised to read Yammer posts and finding out what all their local HR allegedly did
FMPC: SLB’s largest manufacturing facility did ZERO for people week. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Lol. This place is so funny. “Tell me again why our E2E scores were so low.” :)
