Biden vs. Corp noncompete agreements

“ The Biden administration asked the Federal Trade Commission to ban or limit noncompete agreements nationwide as part of a broad executive order Friday”

I wonder if Citi will take counter measures in order to retain top talent.

Interesting. The noncompete is a huge tool used by Citi to keep people from going to either the competition or a vendor they do business with. If that’s removed, they very well may loose quite a few heavy hitters.
