- Reduce the head count ( full-time) employees in US replace them with contractors and off-shore workers.
- Accelerate attrition by making us workers to report to offshore mangers and consulting agencies.
- Hire your friends with no skills if you need to. transfer projects to consulting agencies and hire lot more people to show we are growing
- Lastly remember you are chosen because you are the best person to speed up the attrition and keep you boss in position and expand his organization international.
