Sometimes XOM can seem like high school where popularity is everything. Most feel they don’t need to work as long as they are popular and make their manager feel superior. These types of people will eventually climb up the ladder and contribute the exact same things current management is known for - do nothing and show no results! Is it any wonder why we have endless quality problems when high performers feel beaten down and just want to get out?

The best if someone can do a survey how happy you are compare compare to a few years ago.. can hr do it ? Just launch the survey see if true or not. Like the big survey wasted so much money and time, come out things managers should already know.. where is that global survey, the value, the goal.... so funny management heavily rely on consultants how to run company how to solve management problems... pay fat check to consultants.. but get something managers already know.. you got the feel its a lot fake 1-1 fake make up good story.. trueth is unsaid.. cannot say the true if not go to the he-l.. this is same thing everywhere in EM affiliate.. confronting debating arguing all can be used as heavily biased ranking.. maybe fire immediately.. you dont know who will stab you behind... stabing each other there is no equal opportunity HERE IN EM. NO SUCH THING. ALL MANAGERS PROTECT EACH OTHER. So IT IS HIGHLY CORRUPTED PRACTICES, IN RANKING IN PROMOTION IN REWARD DISTRIBUTION...anyway I am looking for jobs. Once I get I will go..no hesitating moment.

That means you’re upset by the problems shared by any EM employee who’s not a manager or a managers’ pet, pompously known as “high potential”.
