Its sad policy states management have to let associates and team leads know with in 24 hours if their schedule will be changed managers don't let know body no nothing they just change the schedule just like that.

Those policies aren't worth the bandwidth they consume! Stand up for yourself!
I thought it was just our front end manager being lazy changing schedules last minute and a couple days before the new week starts. I guess it's a problem in other states by the way I'm talking about a club in South Texas. Its hard to have a life outside of work when you can't have a set schedule at least a week in advance. I've noticed they hire these new kids once regular associates then team leads then they train for MIT but these new ones have so much to learn and do and they are lazy AF
I feel sorry for the front end people, cashiers and membership alike. The TL who does the schedule constantly changes their time. I would not work the front end for anything, any amount, nothing. They ride the people all day long for upgrades and credits. It is sad. We are losing another person because of the pressure they put on these people.
They still have to ask you in case you have appointments or other personal business. I've never seen the policy written in the handbook.
They do it all the time where I work too.
In California contact the CA State Labor Board. Sears tried the same thing until the Labor Board stepped in and put a stop to it. I was one of the employees who filed a formal complaint. Stand up for yourselves.
