Like previous years I worked my bu-t off, working 50-60 hrs a wk with no overtime. We were told during COVID we met goals and added new business, yet bonuses were horrid!
Previously we excelled now we are all “ successful” classification. So insulting when you’re in same car Igor with those that work 9-5 and don’t do their work during the day. Even worse is MetLife is leading in the “Woke” rhetoric, which most Americans of ALL races disagree with!

Curious about others experiences with MyPath. My manager now mentioned it to us in passing. So very few of us did it.
RTO-is everyone being told to return on the same days for collaboration? Seems odd
@Wuhan-Pet Insurance -- sadly I must admit - I failed to get the full 1.5% --- I clocked in at 1.4% -- and that really hurt after spending Y2020 working longer hours, additional days-per-week, and then being told "Covid is causing raises and bonuses to be reduced.
"Resume is up to date - although not sure I can explain the big push for Pet Insurance - to any future employer - must be a high volume low risk item. A co-workers experience was they just rejected any claims put in.
Interesting list of reasons to leave...Maybe add "14. Collaboration"....being told that "RTO will bolster collaboration" - I chuckled - "Really? What do you think we have all been doing all these months from home?".
Leaving? You ask why? The list is very long.
- 1.5%
- Woke, Inc.
- Underpaid $$$ - 3rd world wages
- Winning
- Next Horizons
- RTO
- CEO ( tied with #2, #4, #5)
- US Pres (see 7 above)
- MyPath
- Badges
- Propaganda (see 7 & 8 above)
- China
- Benefits - sub-standard for an American company.
I’m not sure if people have left but people have for sure stopped trying here. Heard of many areas struggling with no improvements.
A survey isn’t going to fix anything...like how the 1.5% didn’t either.
Are we talking Sr SLT people or just the rest of us peons? I have not seen any announcements or heard of people leaving in my group, but obviously I'm a small fraction of the bigger picture.
Yes, @1dgs+1bL2lc1r, It does sound like an HR or SLT question.
But, use this opportunity to tell them what they don't seem to know.
Or, that they don't want to believe.
Wonder what the Pulse Survey told them ... (and why don't we have results yet -- do they not have computers?)
Hmmmmm why does this sound like an HR or SLT question? I know, because if it were just an employee they would already know the answer.
Because it feels so good!!!
(Plus those top four items listed by SteveHarvey)
We asked 100 quitters: Why did you quit?
The Family Feud Answer Survey says:
1) 1.5%
2) Leadership drivel
3) Wokeness
4) Better to leave on my own terms before job is moved to a lower cost Center of Excellence
What am I missing?
