A coworker of mine has a habit of speaking her mind in public about CVS - especially while at work. She was caught recently and was quickly suspended for a week. She couldn’t believe it (why I have no idea) and thought she’d be safe because we’re short staffed. If it were me I’d have terminated her. Sad thing is, I don’t think it matter to her to get suspended because she’s right back at it again.

She’s just telling the truth. This is a sh-t company ran by sh---y people. Anyone above DL is useless, their jobs are pointless and odds are they are sh---y people. Fire the employee for telling the truth? I would of just pulled her to the side and said I know this place is horrible but don’t talk to customers about it.
