I have worked in other companies and when I compare my experience here and there - HCSC is not very flexible company. Someone else noticed this as well, even after all the chaos with Covid, the working conditions here did not become any more flexible. Correct me if I am wrong.

The company was committed to keeping employees safe, based on the best
Medical and scientific data available as the pandemic progressed. There were no promises made, regardless of what other companies did, that HCSC employees would be allowed to work remotely after the pandemic passed. There were no promises made about other benefits. Still the company provided extra benefits in the form of cash and extra programs to support employees last year. And everyone seemed glad to take advantage of the money. They kept employees at home longer than some other companies have done. They paid above average bonuses for employees who performed satisfactorily. They are giving an extra vaccine incentive, even for people who won’t get the vaccine. They didn’t have to offer that. They are giving a $1,000 tax free additional payout that was not promised or required and employees ca. Use however they wish. I would rather be at home forever. But I don’t make the rules. So, now that everyone knows that things are going back to pre pandemic ways for most employees, how many of you will stay? Or how many of you are looking? The job market is exploding right now at all levels.
I agree. My last company was a lot
more flexible. We are not given anymore flexibility than we had prior to the pandemic.
