Claims adjusters are the face of this company . Treat them bad and that equals poor customer service . Take care of your internal employees Tommy and Glen. Give them worklife balance again like it was before .

LOL claims has to be the stupidest people in the company next to the janitors. Do you even need a college degree to be in claims?

This worked well last time……
That’d be cool. Not sure what they were thinking when they laid off most of the adjusters last November and made it our problem with 2-3 times the workload.
