Before I came here I worked at several big companies and nowhere was I under greater micromanagement than here. I really don't know why all this micromanagement is needed.
Isn't it better to use that energy for some other, more constructive things, and let the employees do their job?

Its the SLB way of making the people that are still keen feel included.
giving people that actually might be good at there job pointless little job titles inbetween actual management and the worthless.
line leader,cell leader, supervisor,supervisors helper, supervisors helper helper.
always ends up in a giant di-k measuring contest.
