So many surveys and assessments for management levels while they just finished vto and lead counsels now awaiting their demise all while hiring new attorneys who passed the bar last night. Comedy.

Wasn’t it a couple of rookie mistakes that cost the company many, many millions a few years back? It took about a year and a half before trials resumed.
Neither we nor the insureds are in good hands anymore .... Legal and Claims have the brawn unfortunately Allstate doesn't have the brains a take on our latest stupid ad
I doubt they are running the NITA course for basic and advanced trial anymore. Not flying all new attorneys to Chicago for training .... they can onboard them using zoom without any trial training. Good luck combined ratio.... this coupled with the crisis they created in Claims and less experience all around will not end well.
Yep, and the new attorneys who just passed the bar that the company hires on the cheap will make rookie mistakes, eventually costing the company more in higher settlements than what the company is looking to save via the VTOs and lower salaries.
