What a complete disaster. ALLSTATE has been outsourcing work to India and claims is in such a ho-e it's a mess. If only our customers knew about the unqualified entry-level people we have handling their claims and personal information. Express is hiring anybody right off the street with little to no qualifications and allowing them to miss days even weeks of training and still putting them on the phone to handle sensitive claims. The claims leadership is clueless Eric Brandt knows next to nothing. This place is headed down the toilet. They continue to pile mindless work on top of our front line leaders to get no results because the technology sucks, the tools suck and the processes are garbage. I'm glad I'm getting out of this place soon they don't even know it's coming nor do they deserve to know.

I am sorry but express is a nightmare. I see overdue tasks all the time when I take inquiry calls on their files and I see claims that could have stayed in in express (ie parked car, rear end no injuries, etc. ) get reassigned after express was handling them for a month or more or I see claims that should have been reassigned right away but they waited 6 months or more and now I have to clean up their mess.
When you see a messed up claim with misspelled names and wrong information. 9 times out of ten it was not express that filed the claim it was 3rd party vendor. Stop blaming express for everything they have to take your calls when you don’t answer
Oh and by the way, the number of formal complaints coming into the company is exploding. It won’t be long before our regulators take notice.
Maybe if they just did the needful there wouldn’t be all these issues
Express has always sucked, even before India fnol was an embarrassment. They are making it worse and not better.
