Nobody wants to work here and that's sad. Those who have seen how things work here want to leave as soon as possible, and those who are talented do not want to come here under any circumstances and waste their time. I don't know how all this will end and whether the leadership will find a solution for this situation, but I am afraid that this company is doomed.

Leadership is setting the tone. They do not care if we do not like how things are going. They will hire people to replace us, assuming they can find candidates. There are some people who want to be in an office, and they want our pension plan and the bonus plan. They want t our health insurance. So they will take the jobs of those who leave because they no longer think the company is good. This company is so rich it is crazy.
I want out, too. I see that the company is going backward. Most employees will not really have more flexibility than before the virus. Nothing is changing. The employee survey was a joke. The dress code continues to go backward. The leadership is old school and shortsighted. Depressing.
