Two thirds of the team left some very critical criticism about management and lo the senior manager has found a new job. I don't know for sure that it's related to the survey, but I believe that it must be. Maybe it is way too soon to be optimistic, but today I feel like I am being listened to for a change. She was good at giving senior management what they want, but terrible at managing subordinates. I hope she takes the criticism that was given into her new position and applies some of it constructively.

Another survey coming in October? Whose going to be upfront and say what's on their minds? Iam not going back to the office bc there's no reason why our team can't continue to work remote.
