Does X exist only for shareholders? It kind of seems that way to me. It does not exist for customers, nor is it there for its employees, but only for top dogs and shareholders. Isn't something like that unsustainable?
Xerox used to be a much different company. It is only now beginning to change somewhat but the key problems remain the same. Working here has long been a waste of time.
