Those at the top are just lining up extremely bad moves. I wonder which even worse move comes after grade level changes?

So, if you know that’s the game for all these years, wonder what keeps you here. Inability to secure other opportunities? Laziness ? Lack of skills ? One has to wonder what is it that keeps employees disgruntled and unhappy but they take no steps to bring happiness to their own lives.
