This is the company you work for. You get paid for the service you provide. Stop getting emotionally invested in what's going to happen to HV. Some of you seem to care more than the leadership does. They know this is all about the money, for the company and them. You should know that too.

I would laugh at these comments if they weren't true. The problem is they are all true and the impact is directly on the individual contributors. I've met some incredible talent, not a single one of those was in management. I know more now that either left or were laid off than are currently employed. The ones that remain want the severance and reduced sentence for time served.

I choose to stay. Good pay, good benefits, good perks, can work from home, company pay for my mobile phone, my internet, and all the expense I submit. On top of that, I spent most of my time on social media posting my own video and any non job related stuff.

Hello from Dayforce. I can personally In full confidence state the person below just lied about their salary.
I still work in this company. I still get paid. I still set my annual goals and continue to do my job. All the stuff I do are useless because I am following the directions from my management team LOL. Let’s put it this way, I get paid almost 330k annually for doing simple work like creating simple spreadsheets, review BOM, BS with the sales, blame others for not doing their work, blame the products not great, play politics. And the best part is I get paid to spend most of my time facebooking, linkined, watch YouTube, watch TV show. My managers and management team are probably doing the same.
I know alot of people who still work there who dont provide service. They openly admit they dont know what they are doing. why are they getting paid. Is this what the money is all about?
