Part of the reason I left is because I got sick of having a stagnant career coupled with the ridiculous expectations by poor management and the executives. Of course I had to reassess my goals and prioritize what was most important to me and how to reach them and it became obvious that Allstate wasn’t part of my plans any longer.

The workload. I got tired of the 10 hour days and having to work weekends, and constantly getting someone else’s work dumped on me when yet another person quit. It’s not normal.

Knowing I work with the as-----s that post on here makes me want to leave more than anything else.
