At least that's how it feels these days. Is anybody noticing anything similar?

The best severance package in the world is being paid by your current employer while you look for your next job. Take advantage of that package!
Don't quit. Make them lay you off. Severance of 1 month per year of service is the rumor.
Do try and document everything but I sense it will all fall on deaf ears should HR process your complaint. I remember hearing about another manager being forced to leave. Basically leadership went full “bro” on him, basically ignoring everything he said and had almost no communications with him. It’s a cheap shot by leadership honestly and got what they wanted. HR did not help at all, even with documentation. In the end, he’s in a better place, other managers left the team soon after as well. It’s a shame people are literally using Riverbed for title grabbing and actually offering retention bonuses to those clowns that’s causing the problems
Document everything. After every meeting where something like that happens, email yourself (from and to a personal account, not using a work machine) details on what was said, what happened, who was present, what your take on it was.
That said, what you're describing are the symptoms of a company coming apart at the seams. Our leadership has very badly failed us, through disorganization, lack of vision, and straight-up mismanagement. There are people trying to right the course, some of them very good, but I fear that it is too late. I see many good people leaving right and left, while the duds just accumulate with ever more senior titles.
Increased harassment, bullying, trying to pin other people's mistakes on you...stuff like that.
