Enough of the holding company to single operating company fluff. It's clear that you have no strategy but to make cuts, inflate the stock price, divest, and sell.

This sums it up really well. Profit-through-cuts is the only thing this management knows and wants to do. If I didn't think before there was no future here, I certainly do now.
