They won’t say it oublcily but this was always the plan. Get HP to buy The X. The other way around would never have worked. And HP doesn’t want X and all of its money problems. Trust me. HP will wait for it to be destroyed by icahn and come in an pennies on the dollar to buy the components it wants.
