Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

FUBAR, once you cheat you never go back. TMG and LTD are finished big layoffs are certain

It was inevitable and could be seen by anyone who had a clue at TMG and LTD was rotting away as early as the 22nm, but it was exposed all to the world at 10nm. The rotting core is now complete and exposed.

Humpty Dumpty has crashed down into a million pieces and even Pat and the reorganization with with Government money can't put Humpty Dumpty back together.

Pat talks the big talk IDM 2.0, Foundry 3.0, and 20 billion fab expansion. But even as he talks he is moving to TSMC as he also knows TMG and LTD are broken beyond repair.

Once you cheat you are never going back to that sorry wh--e that couldn't deliver, it's a no-brainer if you are in LTD and TMG your fate looks a lot like IBM and AMD.

FYI using those TSMC was pretty much locked in before Pat got there. And the TSMC nodes aren't independent products as far as i know, they will require TMG to have their sh-t together come 2023

Hmm, how many CEO have come and gone?

How long was the search?

How long was Intel on 14nm?

How is 10nm doing ?

How is 7nm doing ?

How much did Intel spend on RD and what did they get ?
