I hope I won't be here next month. I’ve been here too long and I don’t even know how I’ve managed to hold on so far. I guess I thought things would get better. Whoever I talk to, everyone is looking for a new job. It seems like no one is planning to stay here until the end of the year. This company will look much different next year.

I'm leaving soon, very soon, I hear many techs that I talked you will leave on by 1st quarter 2022. Just waiting for the VSPP. I'm already working on my exit strategy, get your resume polished up, get some certs to make yourself more marketable. Jump ship if you can this is what my SRO said, so I'm jumping ship, adios comrades. Life, health and my mental well being is more important than this Ghost ship we are all riding on. Leadership is clueless, so disappointed how the company is run.
