I got out. I gave my notice.
The only thing I am going to miss are the incredible coworkers/friends I’ve made, and the ones that I know also aren’t happy… well, I hope they can get out also.
I used to love my job here, but not anymore. It was time for a change.

I’m planning on leaving too. Going to take a huge paycit bit it’s worth my mental health . The production goals are crazy . They keep saying they’re going to hire back adjusters but no one wants to work here ! Long hours, nonstop phone ringing .

Take it from an ex 24 yr auto adjuster, you Will feel so much better soon. Mentally, physically , emotionally, your mind and body will recover, the fog and haze will dissipate. You can start fresh and move on to better things. Good luck Best wishes
