They use the Indian expats to show local content in the leadership teams, it’s the only reason many are in those positions (on expat pay of course).

Wait until all are back in the office and the mask patrol team starts spying on everyone , threatening to fire anyone who dares to take a breath of fresh air.

The worst thing that Fakall has done is created an atmosphere of fear and arrogance. Childish admin tasks like filling timesheets are given more importance than work, employee concerns are ignored and he likes to promote people who are arrogant id--ts like him. His view of India is from when he was a toddler 50 years ago, complete ignorance of the huge changes the culture has gone through.

He considers himself as a superior being with highest ethics and yet commits basic blunders such as promoting people who talk like hum, who went to same college as him, who dress like him and who are heartless and emotionless.

Its people like him beingrg at the too that ruins the entire culture change movement, rendering it all meaningless if the top leaders themselves are bozos and corrupt liars. Just like our great ceo.

These people need to be eliminated, not moved, fired! Only then will things change, otherwise they are just parrots of the message from the too, spineless, powerless, empathy less, skill less, hand rail holding robots.

The anount of anger in ExxonMobil against its management is not isual, wake up. These managers think it is their job to deal with employee dissatisfaction and all employees are always unhappy. They themselves are inbred and have zero view of how fast the world around them has changed.Wonder how they deal with their own kids. Ignorant fools.

Give BTC employees decent wages and benefits to tolerate the daily BS and patheitic ‘expat’ ‘leaders’.

Especially the Indian ones in modeling center, and others with RTD background what a joke.

there are few other supervisors who are here worth for nothing. There are many leads in global projects bootlicking all supervisors and taking credit of others work to move to supervisor role especially in projects group. they will sure diminish the image of Indians when they start representing to leadership teams. when one doesn't have stuff become a lead what will happen. he will have people who will say yes to all his words.

Truth is that he does not have any authority or good intention to make change.

He has to follow his masters because his next job is not going to be about giving a damn about BTC.

Classic ExxonMobil leadership - ruin where you were and get promoted

A company that rewards managers for mistreating its own employees.

RP is a company man, not a human being.

Whereas it should be that a good leader should leave behind things that are better than how they started.

By virtue all supervisors and lowly managers are somewhat losers. Why do you discriminate against just one?
